Project Quantity Surveyor - Dubai Post Date: 21 Dec 07


Responsibilities:

Ø Responsible for wide range of duties including administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims.



Requirements:

Ø Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with professional qualification such as MHKIS, MRICS, RPS or ACIArb preferably.

Ø Minimum 8 years relevant experience for Project Quantity Surveyor and 5 years relevant experience for Quantity Surveyor.
Ø Station in Dubai.
