Responsibility:

To maximize growth of cards business and increase HSBC’s market share in Jakarta and branches outside Jakarta by develop, managing, and running telesales channel.

The job holder responsible for daily operation of acquisition new to Bank (NTB) cards in line with the National Sales & Acquisition Program and the Strategic & Operating plan objectives.



Requirements:
Hold a minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university
Posses a minimum of 3 – 4 year similar role in a telesales or contact centre
Solid experience in leading a telesales or contact center team preferably in the banking or financial industry
Result oriented and be able to manage cost within budget
Good verbal and written Indonesian and English
High level of personal integrity with customer service orientation
Fast learner with creative thinking and proactive approach
Innovation and creativity, along with a ‘can-do’ attitude, in order to drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:
Steer an engineering team to develop motor/motion related engineering products to meet customer requirements and achieve corporate target on new project development forecast
Develop engineering and technological development direction and strategies
Drive the continuous improvement of engineering process
Develop and uphold a standard of engineering workflow
Manage product platform in world-wide perspective
Manage and monitor on active Product Engineering Project development and the resources for whole engineering group
Oversee the operational performance of the engineering group and ensure their effectiveness and efficiency
Strengthen the team by coaching, mentoring and developments to subordinates
Prepare and control annual budget, maintain P&L account and manage all resources

Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of product design/development experiences with work knowledge in electrical/mechanical motion solutions & actuators, motor application or electronic throttle control design
At least 3 years at managerial level position or above
Exposure in electric motor industry or engineering design application to automotive components / power tools/ home appliances / medical device is an definite advantage
Knowledge in product manufacturing process preferable
Familiar with TS16949 engineering/quality system will be an asset
Possess excellent leadership, strong strategic planning and communication skills
Mature and diplomatic to work with cross functional and cross cultural team environment

Internet Search Specialist(home based)

Responsibilities:

The search specialist will be our contact point for search engine feedback for that locale (Country+Lang). He/she will actively discover, collect and report search engines issues, help suggest/prioritize features, and track launches and product feedback that affect the locale. The Search Specialist is also our "eyes and ears" on the ground. He/she will track other competing products, local news and trends, and make feature/product suggestions to keep the search engine superior in the local market.

Search Specialist minimal job requirement
• Generate search experience reports with details on search quality, features, User Interface, and competitive landscape (Average frequency- 1 per month)

• Complete weekly tasks. Perform lightweight analysis on results, and produce feedback on these tasks.

• Keep inventory of competitors that we should be aware of, and assist in identifying eval targets
• Continuously provide feedback on issues, bugs, etc. via sparrow, buganizer, and other means into search engine teams. (Average file count -3/4 per week)

• Conduct lightweight user research (usability, focus groups, field studies, etc).

• Complete adhoc tasks at the request of international quality PM/eng/marketing teams

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in home based.
Applicants should be Malaysian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
